Author Guidelines for OTS Submissions

Before submitting a manuscript for conference publication by OTS, authors are encouraged to carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient submission process.

Submission Process

  1. Original Work:
    OTS accepts only original, unpublished research work for consideration. Plagiarism or any indication of previously published material will result in rejection.
  2. Electronic Submission:
    All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the online submission and peer review system. Use the following URL to submit your manuscript: submit (accepted file format: .doc).

Manuscript Preparation

  1. Corresponding Author:
    One author should be designated as the corresponding author. Provide their full email address and mailing address for correspondence.
  2. Manuscript Structure:
    The manuscript should include the following essential sections:
    • Title: A concise and descriptive title.
    • Abstract: A summary of the manuscript’s purpose, methods, results, and conclusion.
    • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords to facilitate indexing and search.
    • Introduction: Background and objectives of the research.
    • Methods: A detailed description of the research methods used.
    • Results: Findings of the research.
    • Discussion: Interpretation and implications of the results.
    • Conclusion: Summarize key findings and recommendations.
    • References: Cite all sources accurately and ensure they match references within the text.
  3. Language:
    All manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
  4. Citations and References:
    Ensure all sources listed in the references are correctly and carefully cited within the manuscript text.
  5. Originality:
    Submissions must represent only the author’s original work and must be free of any plagiarism. Any issues regarding originality may result in rejection.

Peer Review and Publication

  1. Review Process:
    Submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Based on the quality of the research, the editorial team will communicate the manuscript’s acceptance, modification requirements, or rejection.
  2. Copyright and Fees:
    Upon acceptance of the manuscript:
    • Authors are required to submit a signed copyright form.
    • Payment of the applicable conference fee is mandatory for publication.
  3. Retention of Data:
    After online publication, authors are responsible for retaining all data presented in the manuscript for future reference or claims.
