Author Guidelines

Prior to submitting a manuscript for conference publication by the OTS, please read the following guidelines:

OTS asks authors and researchers to send in their original, unpublished work.

All submissions to OTS must be made electronically through the online submission and peer review system at the following URL: submit (file types accepted: doc.). If you are having trouble with online submission, please contact the editorial office at

Before submitting a manuscript to OTS Journal, authors should carefully consider the following points:

  • One of the authors of the manuscript should be designated as the corresponding author, along with his or her email and mailing address.

  • The manuscript should have a title, an abstract, keywords, an introduction, a method, results, a discussion, a conclusion and references.

  • All of the sources in the list of references must be cited in the text correctly and carefully.

  • The submitted manuscript must be in the English language.

  • The manuscript you send in should be made up of only original work, with no indicators of plagiarism.

  • The journal’s editors and reviewers are authorized to inform the author of the manuscript’s rejection, modification, or acceptance based on the quality of the submitted research manuscript.

  • Upon manuscript acceptance, all authors are required to submit the copyright form and conference fee.

  • After online publication, the authors will retain all pertinent data presented in the manuscript for any future claim.
