Overview

OTS is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and was initially founded in 2021 to collect and preserve rare research samples to contribute to Canadian scientific and community life. The principal purpose of the journal is to publish scholarly work in the social sciences. The research that is published may take a theoretical, applied research, fixed research versus flexible research, quantitative research and qualitative research, experimental research and non-experimental research, exploratory research and confirmatory research, explanatory research or casual research. Articles published in OTS are immediately available for download. This means that OTS journals give academics, students, and interested people from all over the world immediate access to the latest findings. Every piece of OTS content is released under a Creative Commons open-source license. Open access gives authors a chance to reach a larger audience with their research papers, and some studies show that open access papers get more citations.
