Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the conference committee board. It could perhaps help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
Visa Application Declaration
OTS hereby reiterates that we are NOT authorized to assist with any Visa application work. We, here, include the organization itself, all conference secretariats, international liaisons, and any individuals or parties related to OTS. It is clearly stated on all websites that no other documents will be provided except the invitation letter issued by the conference.
We understand that some embassies require a letter of guarantee. Hence, we’d like to emphasize that a letter of invitation is different from a letter of guarantee.
Letter of Guarantee
A “Letter of Guarantee” is an agreement by an individual or party to be legally and financially responsible for your stay during your visit to the country you’re visiting. OTS does not and will not provide such documents.
In conclusion, please take note that OTS does not issue organization registration letter, guarantee letter, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, governmental format invitation letter, and etc.
Any violation of the visa application regulations is absolutely not tolerated.
